“Hi, my name is Chantel Bennett, I am an Occupational Therapist. I work with people that struggle to do their day to day functional activities due to illness or injury, people that can’t do what they want to do and would like improve their health and independence.
What separates my services from others is that I work with people on their goals in their own home or in the community and because of this my clients are able to improve their functional abilities to do what they want, where they want, and how they want.”

Meet Our Therapist
Chantel began her journey as an Occupational Therapist after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 1998. Since then, her professional journey has led her to work in multiple health-care settings in Kentucky, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Wyoming and New Mexico. The wonderful variety of options within occupational therapy has helped satisfy the curiosity in Chantel who likes to mix-it-up and try new things and isn’t afraid of a new challenge. Through her research in college, Chantel has also been published in the American Journal of Occupational Therapy (AJOT) related to her study of quality of life after traumatic brain injury. Chantel is currently licensed to provide Occupational Therapy services in both New Mexico and Texas.

When not at work, Chantel enjoys going on road trips, reading, and getting out in nature. She loves chips and salsa with a diet Dr. Pepper. Chantel, with her husband and four children live in Hobbs, the family moved in 2017 for Silas to work with Zia Chiropractic.
